L.O.L. Surprise! Parent Company Goes DTC, Debuts Loyalty Program

The company behind L.O.L. Surprise!, Little Tikes, MGA’s Miniverse and other beloved toy brands, has launched its own direct-to-consumer (DTC) site and rewards program.

MGA Entertainment, the company behind L.O.L. Surprise!, Little Tikes, MGA’s Miniverse and other beloved toy brands, has launched its own direct-to-consumer (DTC) site and rewards program to get closer to its customers.

Although MGA products will still be available through major retailers, the new shopping destination, aptly named The MGA Shop, is designed to provide toy lovers with convenient features and benefits that wholesale partners can’t offer such as online-only exclusives and limited-quantity merchandise. DTC customers also will gain early access to the newest toys before they hit store shelves.

“MGA is the leading toy company for the most innovative toys on the market, and with the launch of our new The MGA Shop site, consumers can shop across all of our brands in one convenient destination with special deals and exclusives,” said Isaac Larian, Founder and CEO of MGA Entertainment in a statement.

Shopping directly on The MGA Shop will offer some financial benefits, such as access to exclusive deals and free shipping on orders of $50 or more, and customers can sign up for the MGA Rewards program to get even more savings. Members earn two points for every dollar spent on the site and can redeem 500 points for a $5 credit on any product, including online-only exclusives and deals. Shoppers will receive 1,000 points upon registering for the program.
