FaceTime with the Content Guy:  Feedback Facilitation

One of the features of the Technology Innovation track at the upcoming National Grocers Association (NGA) show in las Vegas will be the ability for the audience to provide instant feedback and questions – an ability that retailers would be well advised to embrace.  After all, if you can get fast feedback from customers it enables you to react quickly, and even turn negatives into positives.

Also, don’t forget – if you are attending NGA in Las Vegas, next Saturday (March 9) at around 6 pm, Michael Sansolo, Tom Furphy and I are going to find a corner of one of the bars at Margaritaville and get a drink.  (Saturday night.  Margaritaville.  Las Vegas.  How busy can it be?)  If anyone in the MNB community wants to stop by and say hello, we’d love the chance to connect.
