Stitch Fix Launches ‘Holiday Party Hotline’ to Help Shoppers Find the Perfect Outfit

To better serve shoppers in urgent need of outfit advice, Stitch Fix has launched new services, including a special Holiday Hotline.

The Stitch Fix value prop has always centered around its robust data and analytics strategy — with so much insight into consumer behaviors and preferences, stylists can match shoppers to the perfect wardrobe pieces. To better serve shoppers in urgent need of outfit advice, Stitch Fix has launched new services spanning phone and social media for the holiday season. The multi-channel initiative was developed in partnership with stylist and social media influencer Allison Bornstein.

Now through December 15, consumers can call the new Holiday Party Hotline, a dedicated phone line that will help answer their most pressing fashion questions. Consumers can simply call or text the hotline number, 415-949-1002, with their question or concern. Once contact is made, customers will receive a text message confirming receipt, and a stylist will respond within 24 hours via text.

To help ensure shoppers find the perfect seasonal outfit, Stitch Fix is gifting hotline callers with $100 credits. And if phone calls aren’t their thing, shoppers also can send Stitch Fix direct messages through Instagram to receive personalized styling advice and complimentary “Fixes.”

To ease the stress of getting a last-minute party dress or seasonal outfit, Stitch Fix is also introducing “SOS Holiday Party Fixes” with expedited shipping. When members include in their Fix request notes that they need an “SOS Holiday Party Fix,” Stitch Fix will fast-track the shipment to ensure items arrive quickly and efficiently.
