Fashion and homeware digital retailer N Brown’s Group hires Natalie Rogers as Chief People Officer

Fashion and homeware digital retailer, N Brown Group, has announced the appointment of Natalie Rogers as the firm’s new Chief People Officer.

According to a press release, she will lead the People function and team, “with a focus on fully embedding the Group’s agile operating model as it continues an enterprise wide agile transformation across all relevant colleagues”.

Rogers brings with her more than 25 years of cross-sector experience – including digital, tech and financial services – in various HR disciplines covering organisational culture, employee relations, leadership development, reward and organisational design.

Most recently, she supported the delivery of key strategic and complex business and culture transformation programmes as Chief People Officer at Moonpig.com and Unum UK (employee benefits provider).

Prior to this, she held a number of senior strategic roles at Canada Life and LV= insurers.

Rogers will commence her new role on 1st February and will join the N Brown Executive Board,  reporting directly to N Brown’s Group CEO, Steve Johnson.

Johnson says: “I’m delighted to welcome Natalie to N Brown and further strengthen our Executive Board. Natalie’s expertise will help continue our Group-wide agile transformation and ensure N Brown remains a great place to work. ”

Rogers says: “I’m thrilled to join N Brown – renowned for its commitment to inclusivity, innovation, and customer satisfaction. I look forward to working with Steve and the Executive team to build on  the company’s continued success, and championing a dynamic, supportive workplace culture that empowers our talented colleagues.”

Clare Empson

Earlier this month, N Brown Group announced the appointment of Clare Empson as Director of Supply Chain. She takes over from Phil Barnes, who confirmed last year that he will retire in the spring.

Empson will join the N Brown Executive Board, holding responsibility for Operations, Distribution, Workplace, Engineering and Facilities, Health and Safety, Supply Chain MI, Solutions and Logistics Transformation.

Her appointment is part of a Group wide transformation that aims to create a customer first experience with technology at its core. She will be responsible for ensuring shoppers are provided an outstanding customer service proposition through its supply chain operations.

Empson has a range of experience across the retail sector over the past 25 years, and in leading global retail operations.

She was most recently Director of Operations at Ted Baker, where she also held senior roles within its Retail and Transformation areas during her time there.
