Yesterday’s Technology Summit (perhaps a grandiose word to describe what I think were a collection of illuminating, provocative, and sometimes irreverent conversations) at the National Grocers Association (NGA) show in Las Vegas featured the initial reporting of results from a new Acosta Group consumer survey focusing on the retail technologies they like and don’t like. There were some interesting surprises, especially around the subject of self-checkout.
