KC/In Conversation:  A Discussion of Leadership Perspectives, from Western Michigan University’s Food Marketing & Supply Chain Conference

I’m traveling today, and so won’t be doing a full-scale MNB.  But that doesn’t mean you have to do without.

I have an extended video conversation on the subject of leadership – much of it focusing on generational challenges – that was conducted a few weeks ago at Western Michigan University’s excellent Food Marketing & Supply Chain Conference.

My panelists were:  Derek Steele, VP of Customer Strategy at Meijer;  Cynthia Herrera, CEO of Sun Bum;  Tom Gillespie, VP of Customer Development at E&J Gallo Winery;  and Greg Ferrara, CEO of the National Grocers Association (NGA).  And, the video includes a priceless introduction by WMU student Keir Gillis.
