Celebrating National Pi Day

Today is National Pi Day – 3/14 are the first three digits of an infinite number with many practical uses.

It has become a great day for pie promotions – whether sweet, savory or pizza.

In honor of National Pi Day, I’d like to offer a picture of one of my favorite pies ever – key lime pie, from Vernon’s Grocery, in the Abacos.  (It is the perfect breakfast, accompanied by hot black coffee as the sun came up.)
