Americans 65 and over are playing a larger role in the labor force, according to a new Pew Research Center report:  The share of older Americans who are working, by choice or necessity, has doubled in the past 35 years.  It seems to me that companies ought to embrace this shift, and figure out new ways to deploy these older employees in value-centric ways that help to foster a culture of caring.
