FaceTime with the Content Guy:  Amazon + Starbucks = Meh

I got a chance the other day to visit one of the combo Amazon Go/Starbucks stores that the two companies are testing in New York City, and while I liked the concept I was less impressed with the execution – it seems to suffer from what I like to call nobody-gives-a-damn disease.
