Once again, Stew Leonard’s CEO Stew Leonard Jr. puts on a master class in how to communicate with shoppers – in this case, he travels to a turkey farm in the Lehigh Valley to talk about the quality of the turkeys being sold in his stores.
This personalizes the experience in a way that makes a lot of sense (though I suppose the turkeys also may take it personally, but not in a good way).
