I’m really looking forward to the Technology Innovation Summit at the National Grocers Association (NGA) show in Las Vegas – it is happening in just five days.  Today, I have a preview of a number of sessions, including one with BirdZi CEO Shekar Raman in which we talk about “redefining customer-centricity,” and another with Jon Jenkins, vie president at AWS Solutions, in which we’ll chat about the tech solutions that Amazon is making available to independent retailers.
