My story this morning isn’t actually my story.  I got it from a recent Stew Leonard’s newsletter, in which Stew Jr. told a story about great (non-retail) customer service amplified by an executive’s attention to detail.  To me, the business lesson is evident – it has to do with storytelling and the viral nature of experience.
