Not so fast, delivery. You can’t wake up without a startup entering the space, and consolidation is expected. As we mentioned in our previous daily, delivery is tablestakes for customers and an impossible (economic) problem to solve for companies—so far.
The robots are here. Exosuits, automation, real time stock availability… The duality of using technology for both customer-facing and internal optimization (and safety) efforts is an exciting future. With constant downward pressure on cost, we’d expect this to become more common, decrease operating expenses, and lead to better customer experiences.
