Content Guy’s Note:  Yes, I know I’m supposed to be on vacation.  But while I’m off, I figured I’d file a daily series of FaceTime videos about a variety of off-the-beaten-path subjects that offer relevant business lessons.  I don’t want you to forget me, and I don’t want you to think I’ve forgotten you.

There was an excellent piece in Fast Company the other day that detailed ways in which the Disney World experience ain’t what it used to be.  There are some circumstances that are beyond the company’s control, but there are ways in which, the story suggests, Disney has lost touch with its core values.  Needless to say, I found a business lesson for retailers embedded with in the piece (which you can read in its entirety here).
