I meant to tell you a story last week that involved the Buffalo Bills, a supermarket company and what I thought was a memorable leadership lesson.  After all, at that point the Bills still were in the playoffs.  But I got distracted by other matters (“minor” surgery), and so I had to save it for this week – the Bills may be out of the postseason, but football continues and the lesson is an evergreen.
