Worth Watching:  Chicken Coup

Some retailers sell chickens.  Not every chicken is created equal.  And not every retailer is created equal.

Stew Leonard’s regular email this week included this video, in which Stew Leonard Jr. goes to the Pennsylvania farmland to talk to the farmer who supplies the retailer’s Naked Chickens.  And, as often is the case, it is a great example of how to communicate to customers and personalize the business:
