I got an email the other day:
“Wondering if in an upcoming edition of MNB you could give us your thoughts and perceived business lessons on NFL’s decision to only stream the Chiefs – Dolphins playoff game ? I have to imagine many feathers have been ruffled by that choice.”
I don’t often get requests, but this is a good one – and I think there are lessons about preparing for the future, the prioritizing (or not) of customers, and business arrogance. So here goes.
