JCPenney says it’s in sync with its shoppers

JCPenney has stabilized its finances and is investing in improving the shopping experience with new brands and services that customers want. The chain is also aware of its customers’ challenges and is adjusting to meet their needs. “Our customers are making tradeoffs every day,” said JCPenney CEO Marc Rosen. “We’re very clear and focused on our direction, who our customer is, and what are their needs and wants.”
