Eighty-four drivers and dispatchers at Battle-Tested Strategies, part of the Amazon Delivery Service Partners program, have joined the Teamsters. The workers said they have a tentative labor agreement with Battle-Tested and a ratification vote will take place in the coming weeks. Amazon said it was cutting ties with Battle-Tested claiming the company “had a track record of failing to perform and had been notified of its termination for poor performance well before today’s (union) announcement.
