IHOP has revamped its menu across dayparts as it seeks to address the needs of its most important customers. The menu expansion–the chain will now have multiple varieties of Eggs Benedict for example–seeks to satisfy customers’ cravings and reduce the need for limited time offerings. “This is the largest innovation we’ve done and is part of the journey we’ve been on that has been guided by years of insights gained from guest research,” said IHOP CMO Kieran Donahue.
