Adidas accused of deceiving investors about Ye in class action suit

A class action lawsuit alleges that Adidas’s former CEO and CFO “intended to deceive” investors by failing to disclose ongoing issues that the company had with Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, as part of the Yeezy brand partnership. The suit alleges that Adidas was aware of the rapper’s erratic behavior long before it got to the point where it decided to cut ties with him.
