Scottish sub-postmasters formally cleared in Horizon scandal

Scotland has followed England and Wales by formally clearing all sub-postmasters who were wrongly convicted as part of the Horizon scandal. Emergency legislation passed by the Scottish Parliament has been given Royal Assent and came into force today (14 September), exonerating the postmasters. Anybody convicted…
