Majority still want staffed checkouts, finds survey

More than 60% of UK shoppers still prefer a traditional manned checkout over self-operated versions, says a new survey. This figure is boosted because 71% of Baby Boomers (those over 60) prefer staffed checkouts. But even among Millennials (28- to 43-year-olds) the figure is 59%.…
