FaceTime with the Content Guy:  Situational Awareness

It was ironic that as the New York Mets were letting two of their most prized players go – Edwin Diaz to the Los Angeles Dodgers, and Pete Alonso to the Baltimore Orioles, both taking advantage of free agency  – Mets fans were getting season ticket and loyalty marketing pitches.   I have some thoughts about what strikes me as situational awareness, with a lesson for every business.
