There seems to be a bias out there about how so-called “hard skills” are more important that “soft skills.” I’d argue that this, in fact, is not the case – that in business, hard skills are the ones that AI will be able to master, replicate, or approximate. But soft skills – they’re the ones that are uniquely human, that cannot be replaced by a machine, and that actually are really, really hard.
