Walmart launches white label GoLocal delivery service, which they are making available to other businesses of all sizes. Walmart is commercializing its own capabilities to increase their revenue streams, and it is given businesses another option for the “last mile delivery” problem.

Disney and Target expand partnership. We have already seen Disney closing locations of physical stores, as they are expected to only have 25 existing stores still open by next month. Now, Target begins the gear up for the holiday season by tripling the number of Disney “shop-in-shops”. Target is showing no signs of slowing down the partnerships, the battle for holiday sales is already heating up.

Online Grocery Shoppers Are Willing to Pay Double to improve delivery time by one hour. The long-held assumption that speed is the most important online delivery factor for e-commerce customers is upended by new research released in an article today by MIT Sloan Management Review.
