I’m thrilled to tell you that at the National Retail Federation (NRF) show in New York next week, I’ll be participating in a Big Ideas session in which we’ll discuss how to “empower the connected workforce to deliver a superior customer experience.”

Our panelists will be Schnuck Markets’ Tom Henry, Chief Data Officer & Deputy CIO, and Kim Anderson, Vice President of Operations Support, and we’ll discuss how a connected workforce in many ways creates a connected and engaged customer base – something that always has been a real passion of mine.

We’re scheduled to have our onstage conversation on Monday, January 15, from 10:15-10:45 am. and I hope you’ll stop by to hear what these experts have to say and say hello – it always is great to hang out with members of the MNB community.
