Bonus Episode: 100 Retailers’ Omnichannel Strengths and Weaknesses Revealed

In this bonus episode of Total Retail Talks, Editor-in-Chief Joe Keenan is joined by Digital Content Director Kristina Stidham to discuss the release of Total Retail’s 2022 Top 100 Omnichannel Retailers report, produced in conjunction with Saddle Creek Logistics Services. This sixth annual report assesses 100 leading retailers’ omnichannel capabilities both in-store and online. Listen in as Keenan discusses why Total Retail has created the report and how the rankings are calculated (0:34), and which retailers performed the best (2:08). Looking at the data holistically, he shares some of the key trends to emerge (3:53), as well as how retail executives can use this valuable benchmark data to measure themselves against the competition and inform an internal audit of their own company’s omnichannel capabilities (6:00).
